Rehabilitative or therapeutic exercises is an important way to strengthen and support the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar/pelvic spine to adequately maintain posture and minimize stress and potential injuries in the spine. Strengthening the postural muscles to help hold the spine in an ideal position is key to slow down the aging process in the spine.  Exercises can be prescribed to be performed in the office one-on-one or for home use to support an existing exercise program.
